本文主要探讨苦瓜杂种优势利用的效果。试验结果表明,苦瓜一代杂种具有一定优势,因此,通过杂交组合选配可以育成具有丰产、早熟、优质、抗病的苦瓜一代杂种。本研究于1981年春利用强雌系(5)号作母本,通过组合力测定,选育出优良的杂交组合‘夏丰’1982~1984年全省夏秋苦瓜区试中,三年产量均比对照种‘江门大顶’增产,增幅为29.0~54.7%。在制种方法上主要以强雌系作母本,辅以人工去雄,提高一代杂种种子质量,是目前较经济可行的方法,为苦瓜杂种优势利用找到一条可行的途径。
This article mainly discusses the effect of bitter melon heterosis. The results showed that the bitter gourd generation hybrid has some advantages. Therefore, the hybrid bourgeon hybrid can be bred to have a high yield, early maturity, high quality and disease resistance. In the spring of 1981, we used the female line No.5 (Strong female line) as the female parent and determined the combinatorial force to produce a good hybrid combination ’Xia Feng’ The control species ’Jiangmen Big Top’ increased production, an increase of 29.0 ~ 54.7%. It is a more economical and feasible method to increase the seed quality of F1 generation by mainly using strong female lines as the female parent in the method of seed production, supplemented by manual removal of male sterility, and find a feasible approach for the utilization of heterosis in bitter melon.
