选择以香蕉杆纤维素作为原料利用海藻酸钠(SA)与CaCl_2快速交联方法制备吸水微球。讨论SA用量、CaCl_2用量及凝胶时间对吸水微球的吸水、保水性能的影响。实验结果表明:影响微球吸水、保水性能的主要因素是壳壁厚度和内部结构,壳壁厚度由海藻酸钙的交联密度决定,通过控制SA和CaCl_2的量对其控制;内部结构主要受吸水树脂和SA用量的影响。
We chose to use banana bar cellulose as raw material to prepare water-absorbing microspheres by the method of rapid crosslinking of sodium alginate (SA) and CaCl 2. The effects of SA dosage, CaCl 2 dosage and gel time on water absorption and water retention of water-absorbing microspheres were discussed. The experimental results show that the main factors influencing water absorption and water retention of microspheres are shell wall thickness and internal structure. The thickness of shell wall is determined by the crosslinking density of calcium alginate and controlled by the amount of SA and CaCl 2. The internal structure is mainly affected by Water Absorbing Resin and SA Amount.
