郑州会展宾馆工程超高层核心筒内外墙体采用全自动液压爬模技术与立体交叉式施工工艺相结合的施工方法。结合施工特点,介绍了本工程的施工难点,并对核心筒液压爬模体系无法正常运行的因素进行了分析,最后制定措施确保核芯筒液压爬模体系正常运行。实践证明,其措施,具有良好的经济、社会效益,并为类似工程提供相应的参考。
Zhengzhou Convention and Exhibition Hotel project super high-rise core tube inner and outer walls using automatic hydraulic climbing technology and three-dimensional cross-construction technology combined with the construction method. Combined with the construction characteristics, the construction difficulties of the project are introduced. The factors that the core cylinder hydraulic climbing system can not operate normally are analyzed. Finally, measures are taken to ensure the normal operation of the core climbing system. Practice has proved that its measures, with good economic and social benefits, and provide similar reference for similar projects.
