辽宁省沈阳市总工会办公室报道近日,沈阳市10个“技能大师工作站”正式挂牌成立,而这些“大师”都是从沈阳市职业技能“精英赛”中涌现出来的高技能人才。2015年,沈阳市总工会创新技能竞赛方式,将过去单一的市级竞赛,拓展为企业、地区(行业)、市级和高技能人才“精英赛”四级竞赛。“精英赛”旨在培养选拔高层次的“知识型、技能型、复合型、创新型”人才。参赛的336名高技能人才经过角逐,最终产生了10名技能大师、50名技能
