结合储物箱盒盖塑料产品侧边脱模时需要在相互垂直的2个方向进行脱模的思路,设计了一种应用于水平和垂直组合脱模要求的机械式自动化抽芯机构,机构充分应用T型槽联结驱动和斜导柱驱动滑块抽芯机构相结合的设计原理,以及斜角驱动的几何原理,在机构静力及运动设计分析基础上,首先通过楔紧块与零件间的T型槽联结,驱动竖直抽芯滑块完成竖直方向的脱模,然后由斜导柱驱动侧面抽芯主滑块完成产品整个侧面方面的脱模。机构设计新颖,稳定可靠,制造方便,能实现塑件的自动注塑生产,具有广泛的用途。
Combined with the idea of demolding in the two directions perpendicular to each other when the side of the plastic box lid of the storage box is demolded, a mechanical automatic core pulling mechanism which is applied to the horizontal and vertical demolding requirements is designed. Based on the design principle of T-slot coupling drive and the core-pulling mechanism driven by bevel guide column and the geometric principle of bevel drive, based on the static and kinematic design analysis of the mechanism, T-slot coupling to drive the vertical core pulling slider to complete the vertical mold release, and then driven by the inclined guide column side core pulling the main slider to complete the product side of the demoulding. Organization of innovative, stable and reliable, easy to manufacture, plastic injection molding can achieve the automatic production, has a wide range of uses.
