目的:探讨外伤性膀胱破裂的诊断和治疗方法。方法:15例均行膀胱造影术结合腹腔穿刺术检查确诊。其中14例行膀胱修补术,1例行留置导尿引流术。结果:15例均痊愈,术后排尿通畅,随访3个月无排尿异常。结论:膀胱造影术结合腹腔穿刺术检查是诊断膀胱破裂简单而可靠的方法。早期诊断、及时治疗是治愈本病的关键。
Objective: To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of traumatic bladder rupture. Methods: Fifteen patients underwent cystography combined with paracentesis. Of them, 14 cases underwent bladder repair and 1 routine catheterization drainage. Results: All the 15 cases were cured. The urination was smooth and no abnormal urination was observed after 3 months follow-up. Conclusion: Bladder contrast combined with paracentesis is a simple and reliable method to diagnose bladder rupture. Early diagnosis, timely treatment is the key to cure this disease.
