焊接結构在工程机械中的应用非常广泛。以我厂生产的几种挖掘机为例,焊接鋼結构占机器总重60~75%。設計焊接結构时,除了注意使用要求外,还必須使結构在生产准备和制造上既經济又簡单。但是,后者常为我們所忽視,对結构的工艺性問題注意不够。結果,影响产品制造周期,成本提高,有时还降低整个机器的質量和使用寿命。焊接結构的工艺性要求很多。本文仅提出下面几个問題,供大家参考。
