在火力发电厂中,锅炉是安全运行的薄弱环节。造成事故停炉的原因多属磨损、泄漏和燃烧系统故障,前二项主要与材质和检修工艺有关。近年来已有许多有效措施,但是燃烧系数存在缺陷时,将会造成频繁性燃烧故障,甚至无法运行。例如炉膛结焦、灭火打炮或长期烧油等,这对机组的安全、经济和利用率影响极大。本文针对上述问题,就目前四角切向燃烧存在的问题进行讨论。通过分析燃烧过程,找出问题的原因,提出改进措施。本文主要讨论了以下问题:
In thermal power plants, boilers are the weakest link in safe operation. Most of the causes of accident shutdown were due to abrasion, leakage and combustion system failure. The first two were mainly related to materials and maintenance processes. In recent years, many effective measures have been taken, but when the combustion coefficient is defective, it will cause frequent burning failures and may even fail to operate. For example, the furnace coking, fire extinguishing or long-term oil, etc., which have a great impact on the safety, economy and utilization of the unit. In view of the above problems, this paper discusses the existing problems of tangential combustion in the current four corners. By analyzing the combustion process, find out the cause of the problem, put forward improvement measures. This article discusses the following issues:
