研究知识创造或者创新需要聚焦到异质性个体的活跃作用。然而,基于微观个体的知识创造是如何发生,以及政府应当如何支持和引导创造活动仍然没有得到很好的回答。本文利用双个体模型来揭示知识创造和转移的复杂过程,也通过引入方形舞模型来揭示企业的创新机制,并诉诸于具体空间维度探讨经济联系、知识联系与制度联系的相互作用过程,最后提出创新驱动政策转向的对策。
Research knowledge creation or innovation needs to focus on the active role of heterogeneous individuals. However, how micro-individual knowledge creation occurs and how the government should support and guide creative activities are still not well answered. In this paper, we use the dual-body model to reveal the complex process of knowledge creation and transfer. We also introduce the square dance model to reveal the innovation mechanism of enterprises, and resort to the specific spatial dimension to explore the interaction process of economic, knowledge and institutional links. Finally, Put forward the countermeasures that innovation drives policy shift.
