目的评价在高中生中开展艾滋病健康教育的效果。方法采用随机整群抽样的方法在鄢陵县两所高中的二年级分别抽取四个班级,随机分为干预组和对照组。利用自行设计的问卷先对学生进行基线调查,而后对干预组进行艾滋病健康教育干预,对照组不进行任何干预。一个月后,用同样的问卷进行健康教育的效果评估。使用EPIDATA3.1建库,通过双录入方法进行数据质量控制,使用SPSS 17.0进行调查资料的统计分析。结果健康教育干预开展后,干预组对艾滋病相关知识的知晓率较干预前有显著的提高(P<0.01),相关态度较干预前也有显著的改善(P<0.01);而对照组对艾滋病相关知识的知晓率和相关态度在干预前后的差别无统计学意义。结论在高中生中开展艾滋病健康教育工作可行且效果显著。
Objective To evaluate the effect of AIDS health education among high school students. Methods A random cluster sampling method was used to select four classes in the second grade of two high schools in Yanling County and randomly divided into intervention group and control group. Using self-designed questionnaire to conduct baseline surveys on students, then AIDS intervention education intervention group, the control group without any intervention. One month later, the same questionnaire was used to assess the effectiveness of health education. Use EPIDATA3.1 to build the database, carry on the data quality control through the double entry method, use SPSS 17.0 to carry on the statistical analysis of the survey data. Results After the intervention of health education, the awareness rate of AIDS-related knowledge in the intervention group was significantly higher than that before the intervention (P <0.01), and the related attitude was also significantly improved (P <0.01); while the control group was associated with AIDS The awareness of knowledge and related attitudes in the intervention before and after the difference was not statistically significant. Conclusion It is feasible and effective to carry out AIDS health education among high school students.
