采用HLS91—08—02菌株,制成0.2%福尔马林灭活菌苗,在室内和野外进行了注射和浸泡免疫试验.结果指出,以注射免疫效果最好,免疫抗体价达到1:2360,鱼体保护率达到91%.浸泡免疫组采用莨菪佐剂可明显提高疫苗免疫效价和鱼体保护率.
