目的探讨甲状腺功能与乳腺癌的关系。方法收集2009年u00031月至2011年3月我院诊治的乳腺癌病例68例、乳腺良性疾患111例,正常对照病例45例。以直接化学发光法检测血清FT_3、FT_4、TSH-3、aTG、aTPO水平。结果乳腺癌组患者血清FT4水平(16.32±3.32)和aTPO水平(51.30±39.14)虽均在正常范围,但其FT4水平显著低于乳腺良性疾病组和正常对照组(P<0.01),其aTPO水平高于乳腺良性疾病组和正常对照组(P<0.05)。结论甲状腺功能和乳腺癌的发生发展有一定联系,甲状腺激素和自身抗体水平有助于临床监测和预后判断。
Objective To investigate the relationship between thyroid function and breast cancer. Methods A total of 68 cases of breast cancer, 111 cases of benign breast disease and 45 cases of normal control were collected from March 2000 to March 2011 in our hospital. The levels of FT_3, FT_4, TSH-3, aTG and aTPO in serum were detected by direct chemiluminescence. Results Although FT4 level (16.32 ± 3.32) and aTPO level (51.30 ± 39.14) were all in the normal range in breast cancer patients, FT4 levels in breast cancer patients were significantly lower than those in benign breast diseases and normal controls (P <0.01) The level was higher than benign breast disease group and normal control group (P <0.05). Conclusions Thyroid function has some connection with the occurrence and development of breast cancer. The levels of thyroid hormone and autoantibodies contribute to clinical monitoring and prognosis.
