目的 观察Nogo(N 18)在成年大鼠、乳鼠和胎鼠海马及大脑皮质中的分布规律 ,探讨其存在的意义。方法 采用抗Nogo(N 18)多克隆抗体免疫组织化学链霉卵白素 过氧化物酶SP(streptavidinperoxidase,SP)法。 结果 成年大鼠海马以及大脑皮质神经元胞核Nogo(N 18)免疫反应呈强阳性 ,胞浆和突起的反应较弱 ,而乳鼠和胎鼠海马及大脑皮质神经元Nogo(N 18)免疫反应阳性产物只存在于突起和胞浆中。 结论 Nogo(N 18)免疫反应阳性神经元广泛分布于成年大鼠、乳鼠和胎鼠海马及大脑皮质 ,其生物学意义有待探讨。
Objective To observe the distribution of Nogo (N 18) in hippocampus and cerebral cortex of adult rats, neonatal rats and fetal rats, and to explore its significance. Methods The anti-Nogo (N 18) polyclonal antibody was used for immunohistochemistry streptavidin peroxidase (SP) method. Results The Nogo (N 18) immunoreactivity in the nucleus of hippocampus and cortex neurons in adult rats was strongly positive and the responses of cytoplasm and protuberances were weak. However, Nogo (N 18) immunoreactivity in hippocampus and cortex neurons of neonatal rats and fetal rats The reaction-positive product is only present in the protrusions and cytoplasm. Conclusion Nogo (N 18) immunoreactive neurons are widely distributed in the hippocampus and cerebral cortex of adult rats, neonatal rats and fetal rats, and their biological significance remains to be explored.
