研究了不同时效热处理状态下2124铝合金的拉伸性能和不同应力集中系数下的的切口强度。结果表明:随着应力集中系数的增加,切口强度先增加后降低,直至趋于断裂强度;2124铝合金属于切口不敏感材料,切口强度高于抗拉强度;切口强度与抗拉强度相比数据离散性大。针对2124铝合金切口件的断裂准则,在Zheng切口强度估算模型的基础上,获得了使用拉伸性能估算切口强度的新模型。
The tensile properties of 2124 aluminum alloy under different aging treatments and the notch strength under different stress concentration factors were studied.
