气缸套偏磨,会引起发动机压缩力不足,起动困难,功率下降和烧机油,甚至会造成飞车等故障。我们认为造成缸套(以S195柴油机为例)偏磨的原因有: 1.左右主轴瓦刮削不均匀,两轴瓦安装在轴承座孔后,出现不同心,造成曲轴中心线与缸套中心线不垂直,迫使活塞压向缸套的某一边,而造成缸套偏磨。 2.铰削连杆铜套时,铰刀倾斜而入(或用刮刀刮削不均匀),造成连杆铜套孔偏斜,活塞销中心线与连杆轴颈中心线不平行,因而迫使活塞压向缸套的某一边,造成缸套偏磨。

Reaming rod copper sleeve, the reamer tilted into (or scraper scraping uneven), resulting in connecting rod copper sleeve hole deflection, piston pin centerline and connecting rod journal centerline is not parallel, thus forcing the piston Pressure to one side of the cylinder liner, resulting cylinder liner wear.
