通过关键事件访谈法,对一名优秀班主任就异质信息对其专业发展的价值和局限进行回溯和追踪。该班主任最初主要是捕捉来自家人及朋友圈的异质信息,将企业管理理论运用到班级管理中;后来通过互联网,更广泛地搜索异质信息,在班级管理中创意迭出。在此过程中不断反思异质信息的价值和局限性,思考如何让班级管理更适合未成年人的特点。
Through the Critical Incident Interview, backtrack and track the value and limitations of a heterogeneous information professional development of a good teacher. The class leader initially focused on capturing heterogeneous information from family and friends, applying business management theory to class management, and later searching for heterogeneous information more widely through the Internet, creating creative ideas in class management. In this process, we constantly reflect on the value and limitations of heterogeneous information and think about how to make class management more suitable for the characteristics of minors.
