在已有《含能材料》论文发表周期数据的基础上,对影响期刊论文发表周期的几个因素进行剖析,并制定缩短论文发表周期的几个措施,包括量化编辑每日最低工作量,加大初审力度,把控审稿周期,提高编辑效率,增大载文量。通过这些措施的实施,在期刊来稿数量增加的前提下,将论文发表周期由2013年(六期平均值)的340天缩短至2014年(前四期平均值)的300天。
Based on the existing published data of “Energetic Materials” papers, several factors influencing the publication period of journal articles are analyzed and some measures to shorten the publication cycle of the papers are developed, including quantifying the daily minimum workload, adding Large initial review, the manuscript review cycle, improve editorial efficiency, increase the amount of documents. Through the implementation of these measures, the paper publication period will be shortened from 340 days in 2013 (the average of six periods) to 300 days in 2014 (the first four periods of average) with an increase in the number of journal articles.
