中国加入WTO后,对服务贸易的开放做出了实质承诺,但在服务业的开放和发展进程中,实施有效的保护,以提高其国际竞争力,也成为了我国在服务贸易自由化形势下的长期任务。本文从中国服务贸易竞争力情况入手,较为系统地分析了我国实行服务贸易保护的原则,并在此基础上,提出了相应的对策。 Since its accession to the WTO, China has made a substantive commitment to the liberalization of trade in services.
