我厂6米龙门刨床原备有液压抬刀机构,但其抬刀高度有限,不能满足刨丅形槽及导轨下滑面的要求。过去高抬刀要用人工,即不安全,又费体力。经过参观济南第一机床厂革新的基础上(该厂经验刊登于机械工人1972年3期)做了下述改进: 增加一套油阀如示意图。当油压升高时。油将滑阀7顶起,并通过缝隙4,单向阀5进入油缸1。在齿条2,齿轮3的作用下,抬起刀架。当压力消失时,滑阀7在弹簧作用下恢复原位,使油槽8接通,在刀架的重力下,油退出油缸1,经过滑阀7的油槽8,及单向阀9回到油池。
