为减轻20CrMoH齿轮钢带状组织,进行了Φ80mm棒材在精轧区的3种穿水冷却试验。结果表明:精轧前穿水冷却,轧制温度处在两相区轧制,带状组织级别为2.5~3.0级;精轧后以及精轧前、后进行穿水冷却,轧制温度处在奥氏体区轧制,带状组织级别为1.0~2.0级,尤其在奥氏体未再结晶区轧制时,带状组织级别为1.0~1.5级。
In order to reduce 20CrMoH gear steel strip organization, Φ80mm bar in the finishing zone of the three kinds of water cooling test. The results show that: before finish rolling, water is cooled and the rolling temperature is in the two-phase zone, the ribbon structure grades are from 2.5 to 3.0; after finishing rolling and before and after finish rolling, the water is cooled and the rolling temperature is at Austenitic zone rolling, banding grade 1.0 to 2.0, especially in the austenite non-recrystallization zone rolling, the band organization level of 1.0 to 1.5.
