全流通问题已成为中国股市健康发展的重大障碍,此问题迟迟不能解决,主要是没有一个市场各方都能接受的方案。目前就股权分置形成的原因、危害及其解决的迫切性,市场上已基本达成了共识,而非流通股份转换成流通股份,不论其转换的比例也好,还是转换价格也好,都需要给非流通股份进行流通定价,因此需要制定解决股权分置改革的策略。本文从股权分置概念着手,分析了股权分置改革的主要实施风险,通过我国股权分置的现状,分析了我国上市公司股权分置存在的问题,得出了上市公司股权分置改革策略。

This essay starts from the concept of split share structure, analyzes the main implementation risk of share split structure reform, analyzes the existing problems of split share structure in our country through the current situation of split share structure in our country, and draws the strategy of split share structure reform of listed company.
