[例1]故障现象 接通电源开关,电源指示灯不亮,带盒插不进。 分析与检修 接通电源开关,电源指示灯不亮,先用500型万用表检查稳压电源输出的ALL5V和ALL12V电压正常,初步判断故障存在带仓机构或系统控制电路中。由带仓机构成系境控制电路造成上述故障现象大致有如下几种原因:①带仓右下方齿轮条与带仓加载臂边缘定位孔错位;②黑色齿轮条与白色齿轮条中间定位销断裂;③CAS SW开关损坏;④徽处理器IC01工作失常。为了迅速确定故障存在的部位,拆开机壳检查带仓加载臂与齿轮条边缘定位孔位置正常,检查齿轮条定位销没有发现异常情况。用万用表检查CAS SW开关,发现开关一端有4.6V电压存在,说明故障存在系统控制电路中,在出盒状态正常条件下,CAS SW开关应处于接通状态,开关管Q02基极通过CAS SW开关按地,说明CAS SW开关电路有问题。卸下CAS SW
