目的了解陕西省市售蔬菜中有机磷农药残留状况和污染水平。方法选择陕西省内10个地市为监测地区,根据地区人口分布、蔬菜生产种植情况进行采样。采用气相色谱-质谱联用法对蔬菜中有机磷类农药进行检测分析。结果1 233份蔬菜样品中,有机磷的总检出率为9.98%,总体超标率为0.73%,共有19种有机磷农药不同程度的检出。在检出的蔬菜样品中,使用2种及以上农药的检出率为30.89%。其中叶菜类农药混合使用比例最高。结论从监测数据来看,陕西省蔬菜中依然存在使用国家禁用农药甲基对硫磷和对硫磷等高毒农药,但总体超标率处于较低水平。
Objective To understand the status and pollution of organophosphorus pesticide residues in vegetables sold in Shaanxi Province. Methods Ten prefectures and cities in Shaanxi Province were selected as monitoring areas, and samples were collected according to the population distribution and vegetable production. Analysis of Organophosphorus Pesticides in Vegetables by Gas Chromatography - Mass Spectrometry. Results The total detectable rate of organophosphorus in 1 233 vegetable samples was 9.98%, and the overall over standard rate was 0.73%. A total of 19 organophosphorus pesticides were detected in different degrees. In the detected vegetable samples, the detection rate of two or more pesticides was 30.89%. Including the highest proportion of mixed use of leafy vegetables pesticides. Conclusion From the monitoring data, the use of banned pesticides such as methyl parathion and parathion in the vegetables in Shaanxi Province still exists. However, the overall excess rate is at a low level.
