山区森林地区的架空光缆不仅经常受到鼠类动物的啃咬,还常遭受鸟枪射击,因此在选用光缆时需综合考虑光缆的防枪击性能。在国家标准GB/T 7424.2—2008的枪击试验基础上,进行了光缆防枪击性能试验设计,为方便各型号试样光缆不同试验距离枪击结果的比较,对光缆中弹点进行了伤痕等级划分。通过对相关试验结果的深入讨论,发现光缆的防枪击性能与铠装层材料和层数、外护套材料密切相关。由于目前大多数架空光缆的架空高度均在10m及以上,因此以试验中的光缆型号作为参考,建议山区森林地区光缆尽量选用防枪击性能较好的双层加厚型钢带铠装+聚酰胺(PA)12外护套的结构形式。
Overhead cable in mountainous forest area is often not only bitten by rodents but also often shot by shotgun. Therefore, when selecting optical cable, the optical cable’s anti-shooting performance should be considered comprehensively. On the basis of the shooting test of national standard GB / T 7424.2-2008, the experiment design of the anti-shooting performance of the optical fiber cable was carried out. In order to facilitate the comparison of shooting distance of different test cables of different types of samples, the grade of the injured point of the cable was classified. Through in-depth discussion of the relevant test results, it was found that the anti-shooting performance of the optical cable is closely related to the material and the number of the armored layers and the outer jacket materials. Due to the overhead height of most overhead optical cables are above 10m and above, it is suggested that the optical cable in the mountainous forest area be double-layer thickened steel armor and polyamide ( PA) 12 outer sheath structure.
