目的:探讨自体角膜缘干细胞移植术治疗翼状胬肉的疗效。方法:对20例38眼行翼状胬肉切除联合自体角膜缘干细胞移植,以角膜上皮愈合,恢复透明,无胬肉样组织生长为治愈,否则视为复发。结果:除1眼复发外,其余均为治愈,复发率仅为2.6%。结论:自体角膜缘干细胞移植治疗翼状胬肉是可行的,能有效防止翼状胬肉的复发。
Objective: To investigate the efficacy of limbal stem cell transplantation for the treatment of pterygium. Methods: Twenty cases (38 eyes) with pterygium resection and autologous limbal stem cell transplantation were treated with corneal epithelium healed, restored to be transparent and without pterygium, otherwise they were considered as recurrence. Results: Except for 1 eye recurrence, the rest were cured, the recurrence rate was only 2.6%. Conclusion: Autologous limbal stem cell transplantation for the treatment of pterygium is feasible and can effectively prevent the recurrence of pterygium.
