理论上,管理者的管理力和领导力区分严格。实践中,管理力是充分利用资源解决问题,达成组织目标的能力,而领导力专注的是营造动力,动员大众解决难题。管理力更多地表现在组织的日常管理和运营中,领导力则更多表现在组织面临重大挑战或重大变化的时刻。无论大企业还是中小企业,弄清两者的异同都至关重要。
In theory, management’s management and leadership are highly differentiated. In practice, management power is the ability to make full use of resources to solve problems and achieve organizational goals. Leadership is focused on creating motivation and mobilizing the public to solve problems. Management is more often expressed in the organization’s day-to-day management and operations, and leadership is more often manifested in the moment when the organization faces major challenges or major changes. Whether large or small and medium-sized enterprises, to understand the similarities and differences between the two are crucial.
