To compare the immune response to intradermal and intramuscular inoculation of tick-borne encephalitis virus (TBEV) inactivated vaccine, the authors divided 20 healthy adults into two groups. Group I, 11 (4 female, 7 female, average 24.18 years old) were vaccinated intradermally; Group II, 9 women (7 female, 2 male, average 26.11 years) were intramuscularly vaccinated with TBEV vaccines at 0, 28 and 210 days. The rats in group Ⅰ received 4 × 1/4 doses of palms and gastrocnemius muscles on the forearm and 4 × 1/4 doses on days 0 and 28, 4 × 1/4 on day 210, and 1 × 1/4 on day 210 Agent. Group Ⅱ in the deltoid muscle vaccination 1 vaccine. Blood was collected at 0, 7, 10, 14, 21, 28, 40, 60, 150, 210 and 240 days for both anti-TBEV-IgM, IgG and HI antibodies. The results of the assay indicate the immunological response of intradermal vaccinates
