自从改革开放以来,我国经济在不断向前发展。同时经济体制的转变也越来越快,面对国际经济大环境复杂多变的形势,为进一步加强社会主义市场经济建设,整体提高我国经济水平。我国事业单位也加快了改革的步伐。从过去的计划经济体制逐步向社会主义市场经济体制过渡。一些老旧的管理模式已经不能再适应新的经济环境。近些年来,我国对绩效管理在事业单位中的绩效化改革越来越重视。目前我国在事业单位中的绩效化改革已经取得了一些成绩,但是距离先进水平仍有一定差距。在实际管理过程中,仍然有许多的问题亟待解决。本文通过对我国近年来发生的安全事故进行分析,针对相关问题,对如何加强事业单位的绩效化改革进行深入探讨,并提出相关建议。

In recent years, our country pay more and more attention to the performance management reform in the institution. At present, some achievements have been made in the performance reform of public institutions in our country, but there is still a long way to go from the advanced level. In the actual management process, there are still many problems to be solved urgently. Based on the analysis of the safety accidents that occurred in our country in recent years, this paper discusses in depth how to strengthen the performance reform of public institutions in the light of related issues and puts forward some suggestions.
