城市污水泵站由于水流中含有大量悬浮固体颗粒,造成泵站前池易产生严重泥沙淤积现象,影响泵站正常、高效运行,故有必要采取工程措施减少前池泥沙淤积。浑水模型试验是目前研究泥沙问题中常用且行之有效的研究方法。本文结合上海污水治理二期工程中线2号泵站的研究,应用浑水模型试验,对改进前后的前池泥沙淤积情况进行了分析,提出在前池中设置垂直挡水板或45°导流板的改进措施有效地改善了前池水流流态并减少了泥沙淤积。
Due to the large amount of suspended solid particles in the water of urban sewage pumping station, it is easy to cause serious sedimentation in front of the pumping station and affect the normal and efficient operation of the pumping station. Therefore, it is necessary to take engineering measures to reduce the sedimentation in the forebay. Muddy water model test is a commonly used and effective research method in sediment research. Based on the research of No.2 pump station in the second phase of Shanghai Sewage Treatment Project, the sediment deposition in the forebay before and after the improvement was analyzed by using muddy water model test. It is proposed that a vertical flap or a 45 ° guide Flow plate improvement measures effectively improve the flow pattern of the forecourt and reduce sediment deposition.
