通过实验验证和理论分析,证明了混煤哈氏可磨性指数与配比是非线性相关的,并利用微磨球效应理论进行了解释.通过实验测定了五组混煤的可磨性指数,由于各组数据变化区间不完全一致,无法直接比较,利用相对可磨率的定义对实验数据进行归一化处理,实现了在统一区间内比较各组实验数据.结果表明:可磨性指数不同的任意煤种混合,混煤的相对可磨率随配比的变化是一致的.利用分段式最小二乘多项式拟合得到混煤相对可磨率的计算公式,结合其定义式,提出了基于非线性假设的混煤可磨性指数计算方法.实际应用表明,该方法比线性假设公式精确性明显提高.

The practical application shows that the accuracy of this method is obviously higher than that of the linear assumption formula.
