为掌握光纤耦合输出半导体激光模块尾纤内的光场特性,进而提高光纤激光器的抽运效率,利用光线理论分析了弯曲光纤中的光线传输特性。结合不同光纤耦合输出半导体激光器的绕纤实验发现,相同标称出纤功率的光纤耦合输出半导体激光器尾纤内部光功率模式分布差异较大,通过相同弯曲半径绕纤后功率差达总功率15%以上。针对该问题提出了利用绕纤方式甄别光纤耦合输出半导体激光器光束质量的简便方法,以提高光纤激光器抽运效率及稳定性,同时也为光纤耦合输出半导体激光器耦合效果的测量提供了新的思路。
In order to grasp the optical field characteristics in the pigtailed fiber coupling output semiconductor laser module and improve the pumping efficiency of the fiber laser, the light transmission characteristics of the bent fiber are analyzed by using light theory. Based on the experiments of fiber winding with different fiber-coupled output semiconductor lasers, it is found that the internal optical power modes of the fiber-coupled output semiconductor lasers with the same nominal output power differ greatly. The power difference of the fiber with the same bending radius is about 15% the above. In order to improve the pump efficiency and stability of fiber laser, a new way to measure the coupling effect of fiber-coupled output semiconductor laser is proposed.
