我国医疗保险制度改革起步于1994年的“两江”试点,至今已走过10年的风雨历程。在医保改革的征程中,尽管各地情况不尽相同,启动有早有晚,政策完善程度和管理水平存在一定差异,但都为医疗保险制度的推进做出了积极而有益的探索。作为医保改革的亲历者和指挥者,回首过去那些不平凡的日日夜夜,各地主管医疗保险工作的劳动保障厅(局)长们自然有很多话想说,有许多感受想要表达。为配合医保改革10周年纪念活动,《医保导刊》从本期开始,陆续推出“风雨历程·主管厅(局)长访谈录”栏目,以飨读者。 The reform of China’s medical insurance system started in “Two Jiangs” pilot in 1994 and has gone through 10 years of stormy history. As witnesses and commanders of health care reform, looking back on those extraordinary days and nights in the past, the Labor and Social Security Bureau chiefs in charge of medical insurance in various places naturally have many words to say that there are many feelings you want to express. In line with the commemoration of the 10th anniversary of Medicare reform, the “Medicare Guide” has been launched from the beginning of this issue to introduce readers to “The Stormy Days, Long Interview with Director Office (Bureau).”
