企业集团的财务管理组织模式是企业集团组织架构的一部分,它集中体现了企业集团管理的思想。而在市场经济条件下,一种管理模式不可能适用于所有的企业,也不会永远适用于某个企业。因此必须对传统的财务管理模式加以创新。本文引出了企业集团财务管理三种模式,根据当前企业集团财务管理模式中存在的主要问题,阐述了创新财务管理模式的具体措施。
Enterprise Group’s financial management organization model is part of the organizational structure of the enterprise group, which embodies the concept of enterprise group management. In a market economy, a management model can not be applied to all enterprises, it will not always apply to a business. Therefore, we must innovate the traditional financial management mode. This paper brings forward three modes of financial management of enterprise group. According to the main problems existing in the current financial management mode of enterprise group, this paper expounds the concrete measures of innovative financial management mode.
