介绍大气负离子的有关概念、作用、监测方法与原理，利用2005年7月至2006年8月的观测数据进行分析，结果表明：负离子浓度高值一般出现在早上，与风速有一定的正相关；负离子浓度具有明显的季节变化特征，高值出现在4-9月份，低值出现在10月至次年3月份；负离子浓度同空气清洁度密切相关。
