文章通过实例详细分析了当前电信网络宽带城域网扁平化改造后，BAS与CS之间流量的负载均衡过程中出现的问题，从网管的角度、客户的角度、技术参数的角度上进行了测试分析，发现症结所在，提出了多重解决方案，并通过实践找出了最优方案。
