汽车EPS电液伺服加载系统是进行汽车EPS测控系统性能试验的关键设备。为了获得较好的控制性能和加载精度,通过对汽车EPS电液伺服加载系统进行结构设计及模型建立,根据助力特性给出了加载的规律,并对系统进行了PID控制。Simulink仿真结果表明该方法的可行性,系统设计符合要求,能够有效地改善系统的加载性能。
Automotive EPS electro-hydraulic servo loading system is the key equipment for the performance test of automobile EPS measurement and control system. In order to obtain better control performance and loading accuracy, the design and model establishment of the EPS system of the electro-hydraulic servo motor are carried out. The law of loading is given according to the boosting characteristics and the PID control of the system is carried out. Simulink simulation results show that the method is feasible and the system design meets the requirements, which can effectively improve the loading performance of the system.
