安全门是煤矿防止斜巷提升运输事故的重要设施,本文介绍的安全门系一种防跑车的自动阻车设施。这种安全门充分利用钢丝绳的柔性吸收能量、减少矿车冲击力;由涡流传感器和电磁铁构成的控制系统可以实现防跑车设施的自动化运作,有效的防止跑车事故发生。经理论校核及实际应用,设计的安全门运行可靠,成本较低,具有很高的安全效益。
The safety gate is an important facility for coal mine to prevent inclined roadway from lifting and transporting accidents. The safety gate system introduced in this paper is a kind of anti-roadster automatic blocking facility. This kind of safety gate takes full advantage of the flexible absorption energy of the wire rope to reduce the impact of the tub; the control system composed of the eddy current sensor and the electromagnet can realize the automatic operation of the anti-sports car facilities and effectively prevent the occurrence of sports car accidents.
