目的探讨黑加仑提取物对疲劳小鼠脑组织中γ-氨基丁酸转运体2(GAT-2)、硬脂酰基-辅酶A去饱和酶2(stearoyl-CoA desaturas-2,Scd-2)基因表达的影响。方法选择健康BALB/c雄性小鼠随机分为运动+服药组、运动组、安静对照组,建立运动性疲劳模型后,运用RT-PCR技术对小鼠脑组织中的基因表达进行分析。结果运动+服药组脑组织中GAT-2、Scd-2基因的光亮度较运动组和安静对照组高(P<0.05)。结论在本试验条件下,黑加仑提取物可消除大强度训练过程中γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)诱发的疲劳作用,其作用亦与脑组织中的Scd-2基因表达有关联。
Objective To investigate the effects of blackcurrant extract on the expression of GAT-2, stearoyl-CoA desaturas-2 (Scd-2) The impact of expression. Methods Healthy BALB / c male mice were randomly divided into exercise + medication group, exercise group and quiet control group. After establishment of exercise-induced fatigue model, the gene expression of mouse brain was analyzed by RT-PCR. Results Compared with exercise group and quiet control group, the brightness of GAT-2 and Scd-2 genes in exercise + medication group was higher (P <0.05). Conclusions Black currant extract can eliminate γ-aminobutyric acid (GABA) -induced fatigue during intensive training, and its role is related to the expression of Scd-2 gene in brain tissue under this experimental condition.
