由铁道部机务总局召开的“铁道部全路内燃、电力机车检修工作和牵引供电工作经验交流会”于1982年9月8日至14日在哈尔滨铁路局三棵树机务段举行。有十七个铁路局、二十八个铁路分局、四十三个内燃机务段、六个电力机务段、八个供电段、两个供龟段筹备组及两个专业研究所等共108个单位163名代表参加了会议。会议首先听取了机务总局领导关于“全路内燃、电力牵引工作和供电工作基本情况及贯彻执行全面质量管理以来的一些工作情况”的
