近年来我国社会经济发展水平日益提升,金融市场一篇繁华,越来越多的金融消费者开始购买更多的金融产品或服务,然而在交易过程中依旧还存在很多需要解决的问题,造成金融消费者权益受到一定程度的损害,这些金融消费者不得不采取法律武器来维护自身合法权益。基于此,本文主要探讨了金融消费者权益法律保护的相关问题。
In recent years, the level of social and economic development in our country has been increasing day by day. As the financial market is prosperous, more and more financial consumers begin to purchase more financial products or services. However, there are still many problems to be solved in the course of the transaction, The rights and interests of consumers have been harmed to a certain extent. These financial consumers have to take legal weapons to safeguard their legitimate rights and interests. Based on this, this paper mainly discusses the legal issues related to the legal protection of financial consumers.
