目前旅游管理相关专业毕业生的就业现状出现了供需错配的局面。对安徽省数所高职院校毕业生的就业情况进行实证调查以明确毕业生的就业现状。发现毕业生在旅游行业内就业的情况有所改善,行业内就业的首选是酒店业,就业区域分布不均衡。在薪酬回报上,无论是否从事旅游业,大多数毕业生收入一般,但在其他行业得到高薪的情况更多一点。毕业生的就业情况与其生源地类型、性别、独子情况、婚姻状态等属性均没有显著的相关关系。
At present, the employment status of graduates in tourism management related to the situation of supply and demand mismatch. The employment situation of several higher vocational college graduates in Anhui Province is investigated empirically to find out the employment status of graduates. Found that graduates in the tourism industry employment situation has improved, the preferred employment in the industry is the hotel industry, employment distribution is not balanced. On the remuneration package, most graduates earn a little more money, regardless of whether they are engaged in tourism or not, but a little more in other industries. There is no significant correlation between the employment status of graduates and the types of their places of origin, gender, the only child, marital status and other attributes.
