研究了粳型两用不育系D18S和栽培品种黏2杂交的F2群体的主要农艺性状和结实率,并利用水稻第7染色体上的7个SSR标记进行了连锁分析,绘制了遗传图谱,同时利用上述标记对所调查的农艺性状进行了QTL分析。结果表明:①D18S×黏2的F2群体中正常结实株和不育株的比例呈3∶1,说明在D18S/黏2群体的不育性受一个隐性独立基因的控制;②控制D18S的不育性的光敏核不育基因位于第7条染色体长臂段的RM445和RM418之间,其遗传距离分别为4.5cM和0.7cM;③在所标记的区段检测出株高和穗长的QTL,其对株高和穗长的贡献率分别为17.5%和20.0%,另外结实率的QTL能解释83.2%的表型变异。
The main agronomic traits and seed setting rate of F2 population of Japonica sterile line D18S and Cultivars 2 were studied, and the linkage analysis was conducted using 7 SSR markers on chromosome 7 of rice, and the genetic map was drawn. At the same time, QTL analysis of the agronomic traits investigated was performed using the above markers. The results showed that: ① The ratio of normal and infertile plants in F2 population of D18S × sticky 2 was 3:1, which indicated that the sterility of D18S / sticky 2 population was controlled by a recessive independent gene. ② The control of D18S Fertile photoperiod-sensitive genic male sterile genes were located between RM445 and RM418 on the long arm of chromosome 7, with genetic distances of 4.5 cM and 0.7 cM, respectively. (3) QTLs of plant height and ear length were detected in the marked segments , Which contributed 17.5% and 20.0% to the plant height and spike length, respectively. In addition, the QTL of seed setting rate could explain 83.2% of the phenotypic variation.
