随着企业的发展,组织设置必定会越来越繁杂,专业分工必定会越来越细。组织设置就如同给一间房子区隔房间,房间越多,房间之间的沟通就会越困难;同理,组织设置越复杂,组织就会呈现不同的小利益,组织壁垒就会越大,沟通成本就会越大。专业分工就如给房子铺地板砖,地板砖越小,空隙就越多;同理,分工越细,就越会导致职责落空,一些具体工作没有责任人。这两种现象发展到一定程度,就是会呈现为一种常说的大企业病--组织缝隙扩大化。当企业在一片繁荣中发展壮大后,组织缝隙扩大化的大企业病通常会伴随而来。企业要不断强化组织公民行为建设,才能较好地弥补组织缝隙扩大化带来的危害。
