随着职业教育改革的深入和实践教学体系的建立,人们关注的焦点越来越多地集中于教学过程,更准确地讲是集中于教学方法的选择和改进。本文阐述了行为导向教学法的定义,提出了实施行为引导教学法的基本教学方法、设计方式、具体应用以及相应的配套措施。
With the deepening of vocational education reform and the establishment of practical teaching system, people focus more and more on the teaching process, and more precisely on the choice and improvement of teaching methods. This article elaborates the definition of behavior-based pedagogy and puts forward the basic teaching methods, design methods, specific applications and corresponding supporting measures for implementing behavioral-guided pedagogy.
