本文讨论用最小二乘法原理确定过热水蒸汽流量测量中密度校正公式中的系数;并举例说明采用DDZ—Ⅱ型电动单元组合仪表组成的校正系统,以及各单元仪表比例系数的确定方法。此外还举例估算校正系统的计算误差和用校正系统时流量测量的误差;计算表明文中提出的水蒸汽密度近似式和各种系数的确定方法可供实际应用。
In this paper, the least squares method is used to determine the coefficients in the density correction formula of superheated water vapor flow measurement. An example is given to illustrate the calibration system composed of the DDZ-II electric unit instrument cluster and the method of determining the proportional coefficient of each unit instrument. In addition, it also gives an example to estimate the error of the correction of the system and the error of the flow measurement when the system is calibrated. The calculation shows that the approximate formula of the water vapor density and the determination of various coefficients can be put into practical application.
