幼儿教师的职业准入关系到学前教育的质量。然而,文章通过对中部某市8所幼儿教育机构负责人的访谈发现,目前我国中小城市幼儿教师的职业准入并无明确的标准,并且许多进入幼教机构工作的人员与国家规定的标准相差甚远——多为没有教师证、非专业的,且没有经过体检的人员。我们应该通过适当提高幼儿教师的待遇,提高我国中小城市幼儿教育机构的职业准入标准以保证中小城市幼儿教师队伍的质量。
Kindergarten teachers occupational access relates to the quality of preschool education. However, through interviews with the heads of 8 preschool education institutions in a certain city in central China, the article finds that there is no clear standard for occupational access for kindergarten teachers in small and medium-sized cities in our country. Many of the personnel entering the preschool education institutions are different from the standards set by the state Far - mostly without a teacher card, non-professional, and no physical examination staff. We should improve the quality of kindergarten teachers in small and medium-sized cities by appropriately raising the treatment of kindergarten teachers and improving the standards of occupational access for early childhood education institutions in small and medium-sized cities in our country.
