针对健康的中、老年人及患有各种心脑血管慢性疾病并已处于恢复状态的老年人提出:采用24式简化太极拳作为增强体质手段时,应怎样掌握运动量和强度?为此进行了以下研究。对象是北京体育大学的离退休干部共12人,对他们进行了不同遍数24式简化太极拳练习前安静时、运动中及恢复期的心率、血压及心脏统构和功能的超声心动图测试。结果发现:1)24式简化太极拳属中、小强度的有氧运动;2)连续练习两套、三套此拳后,即刻的测试呈现练习者血压的收缩压和舒张压与未练习安静时对比,均有所下降,并且有显著性差异;3)超声心动图的实测证明接连练两套及三套后即刻对心脏泵血功能的效应优于练一套后的反应。

To this end, the following study was conducted. The results showed that: 1) Simplified 24-style Taijiquan is medium and small-intensity aerobic exercise; 2) Two sets of exercises and three sets of this boxing immediately test showed practitioner blood pressure systolic and diastolic pressure and no practice quiet When compared with the control group, both decreased significantly, and there was a significant difference; 3) The echocardiographic measurements proved that the effect of heart pumping function was better than that of one set after two and three sets of consecutive training.
