图书馆馆员工作情绪的存在是图书馆管理人员一直需要关注和重视的问题。图书馆员社会地位低,工作单一重复,薪酬待遇不高等都是导致图书馆员工作情绪存在的主要因素。随着信息技术的迅猛发展,高校图书馆馆员工作压力也随着增加,从而产生的不良情绪也时刻影响着馆员的身心的健康,更直接会影响馆员的服务态度的好坏。因此要高校图书馆员应该进行自我的情绪管理来缓解各种压力的产生。
The existence of the librarian’s work emotion is a problem that library managers always need to pay attention to and pay attention to.
