目的观察毒黄素(Toxoflavin,TXF)对大鼠血管平滑肌的影响。方法应用张力试验方法测定毒黄素对离体大鼠尾动脉的影响。结果毒黄素对大鼠离体尾动脉的基础张力没有影响,但可增强氯化钾(KCl)的缩血管作用。TXF同样可增强去氧肾上腺素(Phe)的缩血管作用。结论TXF可增强KCl和Phe的缩血管作用,但TXF的增强作用与KCl和Phe的缩血管作用不是叠加的
Objective To observe the effect of Toxoflavin (TXF) on vascular smooth muscle in rats. Methods Tension test was used to determine the effect of the toxin on the tail artery of isolated rat. Results The toxin had no effect on the basal tension of isolated tail artery in rats, but enhanced the vasoconstriction of potassium chloride (KCl). TXF also enhances vasoconstriction of phenylephrine (Phe). Conclusion TXF can enhance the vasoconstriction of KCl and Phe, but the enhancing effect of TXF is not superposition with the vasoconstriction of KCl and Phe
