一个人的潜能到底有多大?爱因斯坦如此努力地思考,他的大脑才被开发了四分之一。当然,他是一个智力超常的人。我们的大脑被开发了多少呢?很多人都喜欢安于现状,认为繁杂的、能够推动企业发展的事情都与自己无关。经营管理人员应该是主动工作和认真负责,而不是像机器那样只是听人使唤,越是高级和高层的管理人员,越应该有认真负责的工作态度和高尚的管理道德。本文旨在提出建立科学的人才选拔和用人制度;建立和实施有效的激励机制;采取相应的对策充分挖掘员工的潜能;达到科学合理地使用人才。
How great is a person’s potential? Einstein worked so hard to think that his brain was only developed a quarter. Of course, he is a man of extraordinary intelligence. How much of our brains have been developed? Many people like to be comfortable with the status quo, and find things that are complicated and that can drive the business forward. Managers should take the initiative to work and be serious and responsible. Rather than merely listening to people like the machines, the more senior and senior executives should be, the more they should have a serious and responsible work ethic and a noble management ethics. This article aims to put forward the establishment of a scientific talent selection and employment system; establish and implement effective incentive mechanisms; take appropriate measures to fully tap the potential of employees; to achieve scientific and rational use of personnel.
